I made this dance last February and at last it was presented last Sunday afternoon during the 3rd YES-Hatyai gathering (Youth group of the Cornerstone Chapel Hatyai). After the busy sked of all the practices for the dances that we had in Palm Sunday and Easter Sunday, we had definitely gave a slot of our time last Saturday afternoon in the church to recall the steps on this dance "Get Back Up" by Toby Mac.
We tried to have some formations here... to fill up some of the boring moves..lol
I am blessed with this song.. and im glad that we able to present this last Easter Sunday through Tambourine Dancing.
This is our simple way of thanking God for sending His Son Jesus Christ just to save us from all of our sins and giving us His free gift of salvation.
Indeed, as the song goes, "All my past is gone...." we continue to declare that all the bad things that happened in our past had gone and had been forgiven by our Father in heaven through Jesus Christ! We cling on this verse,
"Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." 2 Corinthians 5:17
Thank You Lord for sending JESUS Christ!
Here's the video of the dance. Thanks to Josh Sajolan who took this and for the pics as well.
